We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa Electron, PayPal.



UK Standard delivery: FREE (3-5 days)

UK Next Day Delivery: £7.95 (order before 3pm, receive next working day)

European Delivery: £15  (5 – 8 days)

Rest of the World Delivery: £25 (Up to 10 working days)



If something you received is not what you really wanted, we will refund the cost of the item if you let us know up to 7 working days after receipt (e-mail or snail-mail). You must return said item by Recorded Delivery within 21 days of receiving it with all labeling and packaging intact. Return postage cannot be refunded unless goods are faulty.

If you received a faulty item and would like a refund, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights). We can refund you in full (including return postage cost) or offer a replacement (and the return postage cost).

We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders. We can only provide you with a refund if the goods are returned to us by ‘Signed For’ Delivery.

Shipping Charges, Method and Lead Times to the USA

US$25.00 (2-5 business day)

We ship directly from the UK to the USA via DHL on a 2-5 business days standard service. DHL deliver Monday-Friday 8.00am-6.00pm. This is a ‘signed for’ courier service. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs (USA)
We ship orders to the USA as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all duties, taxes and customs fees are included in your order price.

Please note that we are a UK (London based) company and our UK office opening times are:

We aim to respond to any message from you within 16 hours of receipt.

Returns (USA)
You can return an item to us within 28 days of receiving it ensuring that all labeling is intact.

Please complete the slip and affix the return label to the outside of your package. Put your address in the DHL airwaybill and leave that outside the package for the courier. If you are unsure or need help, ask the DHL courier upon collection who will be happy to assist you. To arrange a free collection, please call DHL on 1-800-2255-945.
